We have answers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the most common questions our clients have when they come into the firm. We have the answers right here and ready in case you were wondering. If you are not able to find an answer please reach out to us.

What do you get for your attorney’s fee?

For personal injury cases such as automobile accidents, our legal fees are on a contingency basis. Therefore, we do not get paid unless we are able to make a recovery by settlement for your bodily injury claim.

How long is the statute of limitations to file?

In the State of California, the statute of limitations is two years for personal injury claims and three years for medical malpractice. This time limit begins from the date the loss or injury occurred. However, some cases it can begin from the date of discovery. Please contact us if you are unsure.

What information do you need from me in order to get started?

We typically need a valid I.D. (i.e. driver’s license), social security number, and depending on the case insurance information.

What types of injury cases does your firm work on?

We have worked on several injury cases such as automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall, and dog bite cases.

What is my personal injury or insurance claim worth?

This question is hard to answer because each case is unique. Therefore, it is best to consult with an attorney for the best answer.

Need a helping hand with some legal stuff?

Please reach out to us via email or telephone and an associate will evaluate your case. Not sure if we can take your case? Just ask us anyway! We'll be more than happy to point you in the right direction if we cannot help.
